I think you're trying to unfairly pick on the tool in your negatives. The flex is due to the way the tool is constructed. It has to have some give to slide it so it can be flipped open. Plain looking? What were you expecting? You want it to come in a bikini? It's a tool, not a swimsuit model. Also, the "b" in plumbing is silent.

Mine is awesome,no problems an also a few days ago after my birthday in December,it arrived with the correct engraving I ordered plus a bit set,an additional box with two full sets as a bonus with no charge, everything works great, cutters no issues as long you tool for it's intended purpose and know it's limitations,I remember back in middle school carrying a micra,then several years ago got a surge an love it, carried it for 4 years an still carry it in my left pocket it now an Arc on my right side in pouch,but tools compliment each other,for work an heavier tasks I grab surge unless I need to crank down on something then grab the dedicated tool,Arc mostly light or medium stuff,I love how quickly it can be deployed an especially the blade too an a better steel,wish In future Leatherman offers where you can special order a magnacut blade style shape for the surge,it deserves a premium steel for the main blade,I love my t-shank adapter it has an wished leatherman had put that on the Arc as well, wouldve even been more versatile,just saying in my opinion
It is awsone now I have been using it for fixing light duty task around the house for a while. Unfortunately I dented my replaceable wire cutter badly cutting a thick stainless steel wire. But no issue, can be replaced. And the dumbest mistake i made was putting a small magnet into the driver bit socket to "magnetize" the screw bit. luckily it has a hole underneath it to push them out but with a time consuming effort 😂. Overall. Loving the ARC since purchase. Just wish there's a locking mechanism to keep the position open straight for ease of screw and unscrewing. Appreciate your thoughts kenny.
@@DAILYCARRYASIANKID ,do you not have a bit extender an a micro ratchet,they a flex head ratchet now I'm getting to with mine,I love just flicking my blade out quickly, people are stunned at work thinking it's automatic or a flipper,only true very few have I let try it out that will respectfully use it properly
Been using mine for 3 months at work and I've been abusing it to the point where most cheaper versions have broken on me. And it's still going strong. plus the slight wiggle in it has not got worse at all. seems to be holding up very well. 👍🏻
Leatherman great there a new company goat coming very close to stopping the king of mutittools check out the super tool I happen to find one all rusted up in my yard it back to life and I love it there a website guy has holder for the arc and other one I'll.look.for it and drop in one of your videos keep it coming

Before you complain about the razor, I think you should give more priority to keeping your house more sealed so that flies don't get in. You worry more about the knife than about the safety of your home when it comes to cracks.
Also I don't like the newer can opener on the Arc, should've left the eagle claw style on it,it's like going backwards when trying to open cans but is doable
