Office 2021 vs Microsoft 365 : Which one is better ?

Sir, do you recommend Office 365 or Office Professional Plus for thesis writing? Which one do you recommend, especially since I will be using mathematical formulas in Word?

great content!! I am in the Apple ecosystem I have mac mini and MacBook Air, i just need to use Word to update my resume and write some letters correspondences. I think I'm going for Home Student 2021. I don't need all those extra features . This would be my perfect companion for my Mac Mini M2 Pro since it's my primary desktop.
