wow , very good tips. but I have a doubt, the curry leaf tree that you showed is kept on the ground so do you have to prune the branches and keep before the frost? i live in UK and we have very cold weather as well in the winter. So I'm curious to know. please make a video on how you take care of the curry leaf tree that is kept on the ground outside. thankyou

Hi my curry plant is suspended in time now my plant is 12 weeks old and it looks exactly wen it was 7 weeks old, I have not transplanted it yet, please advice how to transplant to a new pot, compost mix and fertiliser, after years of trying this is the first time I have succeeded please help as winter is near, and I am worried about snow an frost thanks!!
Hi , I have a small plant that is 1 feet tall in container inside home due to winter. The leaves are becoming brown . How often should I water it ? Should I try the rice water method ?
Hi Manjula, if it is moist deep near roots do not water. Typically during this time(winter) of the year, watering once every 10-15 days is more than enough. The growth will be slow or there wont be any growth in the plant in winter. Keep it in sunny location and prune some of the top branch in spring, the plant will come back with new leafs.
Do you have good drainage in the pot? Don’t disturb in this cold weather. Repot during spring with new soil amended with compost. It will come back quick.
For curry leaf plant, the more you prune the more bushy the plants will grow. Please check my other videos of curry leaf, I have given the links in the description box which has more information on pruning and promoting more bushier growth.
Hi, When using the leaves from the plant, is it better to remove just the leaves from the stem or remove the stem all together?. Wondering how the regrowth works.
Hi, You need to remove along the stem and prune the growing shoots which promotes additional branches. Please check my other curry leaf videos in the description box which has more information.
Hi, Thanks for this. I have a curry leaf plant which I have kept indoor in winter. I live in Scotland, so cold most of the year. I keep it indoor. This is the second curry leaf plant which has lost most of its leaves and now is actually flowering. I am clearly doing something wrong every single time. I will follow your instructions, but wondered what you would advise for a plant that has one strand of leaves and is flowering. Thanks in advance
Initial growth will be slow for curry leaf plant that too your is a baby plant. Once the plant establishes deeper root system you can start pruning/trimming.

My curry leaves grow outside ..I’m in Texas ..we have mild winters..... It’s about 8 feet ... every year I plant some inside too just in case my outside one dies I have back up 😂

Prune it often and give enough nutrition it will grow bushy. you can check my other videos on growing bushy curry leaf plant as well.

I have my plant indoor it has less leaves on it. How I can grow more stems.
Indoors it will grow very slowly. Keep in sun during summer to boost the growth. Prune the top on regular basis to promote branches.

It depends on which part of US are you leaving. During winter some part of US will have minus degrees vs 60-70F in southern areas of US.
