They said on the second day after being shot he came to consciousness for about a minute after they revived him again he was listening to the doctors and when they said they had to take out his lung he just gave up. Took it upon my self to actually look at the photo. Please keep in mind this is only an professional opinion. To clarify I am a nurse and worked in a hospital setting for over 12 years I’ve also done autopsies on military MPS dogs and a few soldiers. For the most part the autopsy looks normal only a few things that stick out that doesn’t look either correct due to the poorly picture that was taken and even if the angle is off, it still doesn’t make sense. As far as the cracking of the scull looks correctly and if you notice the artery from the forehead that goes to the base of the ear and be hide is what allowed me to know that perhaps this is really Tupac. If you followed him through his career and videos and concert it was one of the most noticeable Features he had. The scull sticking out near the base of the ear is also normal. What is not normal is the open flesh near the collarbone/neck. Either the tube for the suction/respirator was not placed correctly, regardless even if the neck was turned. It would still be in the same place and not look lowered. 2) why is he laying on white sheet or white table you can’t get blood out of that! Person is always placed on metal slap near the drain when performing an autopsy unless they do things differently in Vegas. (3) Why did he cut the baseline of the neck unless he actually does have an necklace on. Either way that’s not normal at all. For 1 no jewelry is supposed to be on during surgery or even after surgery. Even performing an Autopsy everything is to be removed. This photo and they things that stick out for me makes no sense. Now I’m not saying this is not him or is a fake photo. It is diff an autopsy photo. Somethings are sticking out!

Cremation at the request of family will cancel autopsy.. they sliced the body open, took out organs, sliced the back of the head, pulled the skin over and down to the forehead, popped of his skull cap, took out the brain, put skull cap back on, and pulled the skin scalp back over the top of the head... autopsies are brutal and in some cultures, they don't do because it's disrespecting, violating the dead body..... this is Pac's body, look at the profile..
