The softest and most Delicious CAKE! It melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty
✅️ingredients:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
8 g Vanilla sugar (1 tsp)
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
90 ml oil (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
120 ml of milk (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp)
170 g flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
15 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp instant coffee
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (25 to 30 minutes)
Shape 27 x 18 cm

50 g sugar (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon of bitter cocoa
200 ml of milk (3/4 cup + 1/8 cup)
100 g dark chocolate (3/4 cup)
30 g butter (2 tbsp)
30 ml of milk (2 tbsp) + 1 tsp cornstarch
