I had the gastric band and I tell you this when stressed my mind falls apart and I hunt for food despite the fact that I will be sick. 😢😢 Now fixing my mind at be 38 so I can get my body right and leave stress behind.

OMAD is the way to go dear. You can chew gum when you feel hungry, or brush your teeth. Make a tasty soup with vegetables only (carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, etc.). Eat as much as you want, it's not caloric at all.

As long as you can do something about it, do it. Don't wait for someone or a Doctor to tell you. You'll have to be healthy. As long as you can help yourself

This is very sad 😢 but seriously, many people think like this. You'll even notice that once some men touch small money like this, they'll overeat, binge on alcohol and have potbelly and think it shows how rich they are.
