Do you know how to change the frame rate in those TV's? I just recently got a 49'' M5505 Smart Full HD TV but the preset resolution and frame rate is 1920x1080 50i and the image just look awfully weird. I went through the whole user's manual and nothing mentions this. Can you help me?
Necro thread, but maybe I'll help someone. Those 2 rear screws has locktight on the STEM and really short threads with a long stem, the friction therefore prevents them from being removed. Only solution for me was to Dremel the plastic between the screws (neatly) and remove them with needle nose pliers. I'm sure there are better solutions, but I got frustrated and turned to violence, lol

@@lorenacastellanos7296 Hola. Sí, fue "tan sencillo " como fijarse que iban unidas al televisor por uno o dos tornillos. Si tienes el mismo modelo busca porque aunque no lo parezca están ahí. Suerte

How on earth do you remove the stand the screws won't come out
I'm sorry, but I removed them with a screwdriver easily

How can i remove the base???
the 2 screw on the back of the tv just above the base, unscrew those completely and it should come out 14:50
Why won't mine unscrew??
I figured out how to do this, you have to break the plastic bit off around the screw and use tweezers to pull the two screws out!
