Well Bama has shown they can be beat. This was win #4 for us so MAYBE after we beat WKU we can get that last win and get in a bowl. Then if we win the bowl, maybe Cadillac gets the job as the HC

I am an Alabama fan and the players are responding to one of there own! This would behoove the Auburn AD to hire Cadillac. Because their past hiring were flops. I say give one of your own who love the school with all of his heart, it's a great situation. He can tell recruits everything he loves about the school from when he was recruited to the last game he played. And you can see the players are responding to him. 2 weeks I am going to tell you it's going to be a battle in the IRON BOWL. Another instant classic. Roll Tide!!!
Bama fan here. I'm very happy for Auburn and Coach Williams. Coach Williams has an infectious true passion for the Auburn program, the players, and the game of football. A priceless quality in a coach if you ask me.
True. Even if they don't keep him as HC he needs to be a big part of that program. He knows how to get these young bucks riled up for gameday.
@@M0nkiDRufiHere we are 7 months later. Hugh Freeze has named Cadillac Associate Head Coach. He is as much a spark plug as the RB coach as he was when he was lining up in the backfield for Auburn.
As a psu fan, I show respect to Auburn. A lot of teams would just sink, but Auburn never quit a game. Some culture there. Good sign.
We haven't been a decent team since 2017.
@@vilheard3030 what about your 2019 team? played LSU closer than anybody, and beat Saban in the Iron Bowl to prevent them from backtracking into the playoffs yet again. that team was scary.
@@huntertrum3658 Auburn and LSU games are always close and Auburn doesn't always have to be great to be Bama.That 2017 team was the best Auburn team I've seen since 2013 before injuries started to happen.2019 was an average Auburn team at best.Gus was inconsistent and Harsin was the worst coach I've experienced in my lifetime as an Auburn fan. We always been a mediocre problem though. I feel a little good about Freeze.
Thank you, and this Auburn fan has enormous respect for PSU. This team showed me both poise and power. They will have Ohio State and Michigan looking over their shoulders.
@vilheard1882 Faith my man. We're 7 months in a d Hugh Freeze has put together a recruiting program that is unstoppable. The momentum in both recruiting and the portal has been phenomenal, and he hasn't coached his first game yet. Next he and the staff have to put the pieces together. That's going to be a HUGE job, but he's putting the talent in place. I think Auburn is going to shock a lot of people, especially media types who are asleep. Can't wait! 🦅
Some people do it for money, others do it for the love of the game.

I know Auburn is likely going to go for a big name coach but i'd actually give Cadillac a shot at the job. I don't know how he'd be as a recruiter which is the main thing the fanbase and boosters are all about but it seems the team plays super hard for him.
As for Jimbo....Hoo boy. If he didn't have such a ridiculous buyout he'd be fired by now.
tbh I think he could be a great recruiter. The energy he brings is unmatched. I could see a lot of kids wanting to play for him

Auburn fan here I do hope the sun will shine on us again and hopefully have a good decade of football like we did in the early 2000s I’m only 22 so have seen some fun things so hopefully we can turn our program around by the time I have kids lol so I can have some fun memories like I have experienced with my family

@@G5_205 IK we will probably will never have a decade of dominance like Alabama or Clemson but would be nice to just have a decade with a few sec championship wins / appearances and are competitive every year but things are bleak rn obviously but if it doesn’t happen ohh well auburn is still a great school with great people happy to be an auburn tiger 🐅

Why does every ESPN game highlight have a play out of order?
You can tell how much ESPN cares about these highlights by misspelling Auburn in the video thumbnail and then not showing the first touchdown.
They showed the first touchdown. I don't know why the first highlight came from when the score was 7-0.

Did you see the final score? Auburn scored early in the first and not again until late in the second half. Both teams struggled offensively. A&M's youth definitely hurt them, but Auburn just couldn't complete drives.
just remember, A&M was ranked #6 at the beginning of the season
As bad as they've played, as many mistakes in coaching and execution as they've made, they are a handful of plays away from being undefeated.

SEC is all Hype no potential. They have more money than everyone else because they have more teams. Only one consistent team in sec and that is because Alabama has kept the same coach for the last 10 yrs

lol they played Florida will 11 players injured. they were getting IVs during halftime. teams consists of mostly freshmen. they still played well. AU game might have been different if they didn't overturn the fumbles.

should have never been ranked in the top ten to start the year. playing young players all year against veteran teams is what gets you here. yes some other teams played some freshmen, but is the offense playing what 8 or 9 freshmen, same with the defense??

After further review...I hate when announcers are so obviously biased when calling a game...As an Aggie, Congratulations to Auburn!! They wanted it more than we did. Defense missed way too many tackles, missed assignments, didn't even try on several, and lost outside contain on several. Offense couldn't or didn't block, way too many mental errors and frankly didn't seem hungry enough. Officials made some bad calls but you can't rely on someone else to do your job and the SEC shouldn't allow such bad officiating, especially when even the reviewed plays aren't corrected.
We need to be ravenous about the ball regardless of youth, talent, injuries or depth!! I have faith in our Aggies!! Something is obviously wrong that hasn't been fixed yet, even though Jimbo keeps saying the same things, loss after loss...Fix it Coach!! From a Natty contender to a 6 game losing streak is unacceptable. Gig 'em '07!!
Awesome post. I’m a lifelong Auburn fan; husband and son played there, but 😅 I’ve always loved the Aggies. Things will get better with faith and patience from fans. Maybe the AD selection process needs to be adjusted. Good luck and good wishes from Naples Fl. 😊
