I appreciate that you also spent time making the ends look natural AND conditioning the scalp and roots afterwards AND that you did the hot water dip right there. My stylist sent me home after 6 hours with locks as stiff as coathangers, and my scalp was on fire; no advice given about how to soften them etc. For a half month's rent, I feel a client should walk away with their hair DONE and ready to rock. And nothing falling apart after two weeks either. Thank you for showing how it's supposed to be done.

You literally nailed these beautiful Faux Locs Boo‼️ They are so beautiful and it reminds me of when I had my own Faux Locs in my hair! I am obviously white but I have
natural curly hair and it goes frizzy VERY EASY! It was down the middle of my back around 24inch long, but instead of going to the only Local braiders in my area because they are so very rude and I left in tears after asking for some faux Locs and they all basically laughed at me and said this is a black only salon and that Locs wouldn’t last in my texture of hair! I had put serum on it and straightened it that morning and she just ‘PRESUMED’ that I had got silky smooth hair!...WRONG‼️So after I got over being upset I got mad 😡 and I got my friend to cornrow my hair for me and I ordered 2 bundles of ready made crochet Faux Locs and you literally just put the crochet hook under your cornrow and pull the loop through and then put the end through the loop and pull! And that’s it done in like 30 seconds! In each bundle of hair there were 7 packs and in each pack there are 11 Locs. My head is really big so I knew that 7 packs wouldn’t be enough, so I ordered 2 bundles that gave me 14 packs of hair and 88 Faux Locs! Good job I ordered more cos I ran out of the 7th pack on the crown area and I still had all the top and front edges to install! So my head took 88 faux Locs to fill my big head lol 😂. The quality of the Locs were amazing and everyone thought that I had gotten proper Locs done in a salon and when I told them that I had done them myself they couldn’t believe me! I also bought 24 inch packs of the crochet Locs so it looked like my own hair. I wish that I could have had them done like this, but at least I did find a way to enjoy having Locs in my head cos they are so beautiful and versatile 🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍. Sending you love and blessings hunny 🥰🥰🥰

Sorry I meant to say that I got 14 packs of hair and 11 Locs in each pack so that is 151 faux Locs and my hair took 88 Locs... #mybad

I am happy you posted that you don't go for tighter Faux Locs, and the reason is that you like the Locs to look more natural. Client's hair was dripping doing the final reveal. Professionally you don't want a client style to reveal in that manner. This is not intended to be sarcastic. Yet delicate constructive criticism.
