Question: I'm having new drapes created for my dinning room. Is that the proper length/look in this dinning room? I don't want to be too long or too short.
Unfortunately the drapes are too short here, could b on purpose though or at owners request or they have just shrunk from the strong sun..ideally they should just touch on the floor or a teeny bit above. When the windows go right to the floor and the bottom of the drapes touch too much on the floor it can look messy from the exterior facade perspective so there is a lot to consider...Jo. Drape Specialist. Also, these particular drapes could b dropped slightly by using pin on hooks as it appears that the brackets are ceiling fixed which doesn't allow for much adjustment. Cheers
