This is probably the most incredible track released by Huerco S, and at least my ultimate favorite from his releases. Starts with a simple vocal, a call to desire, setting the theme for the 7 following minutes. Then, huge pad take you through a deep journey we wish it could last for eternity, you get lost in this mesmerizing atmosphere, closing you eye to get as far as you can, but suddenly the bass comes hit you right in the heart. you're fully lost in one of the most deep tracks you've heard. the tension is released by the small synth notes at the end, to land you gently on earth surface. Even if on Discogs this 12" EP worth 130€, the price is justified by this pure gemme, and also by the fact they lost the matrix for any chances of repress. Sad but true. One day I'll get enough money and will play it as loud as possible in my room, for living this world for the best 7 minutes ever felt!
Just discovered the video to this...YESSS. Such a fan of your works, copping all those records. You will have to come play a Detroit set some day...I have faith it will happen; it must.
Don't usually comment but in regards to that Stacey girl; met Brian at a show once in NY, really cool guy, very nice and genuine, so don't know which Huerco S you're referring to. Anyway that little synth line around the 4:30 is probably my favorite loop in recent memory
