For over two years I have imagined training for and running the London Marathon for an MS charity. I absolutely cannot believe that I am here - and finally making these videos!

Hey Izzy, im recovering from an episode of transverse myelitis and have just started running again but dont think ill be targeting running a marathon anytime soon lol! keep up the good work, stay committed & you’ll smash it! Good luck 2 u!

You're inspiring! I got the MS diagnosis myself 25 days ago! I'm confident I will be able to stop any progression with HSCT combined with exercise and proper nutrition! I will document my HSCT journey on my blog (which is still a work in progress), if you are interested in following my experience I can give you a link when its ready! Cheers :D

such an inspiration 🧡 i just hired a personal trainer to get my butt back in shape after my relapse & to lose the weight i gained from the hospital and just not being mobile for a few months.. i know you will rock this! and i’m loving the new uploading schedule 😏
