Okay James, owner is not a golfer...ha! More the serene, quiet, art personality. So we are heading out to the club today and we will get that information for you. I think there is a resident membership fee, a guest member tee fee and a country club 'dining fee' if you don't golf...not sure yet. Just wanted to stay in touch. More to follow. Linda

Hola Vasken! The house is 419 m2 of construction, and 840 m2 of land. It pays approximately $90 usd a month HOA, but his includes water!

Hi Tracey! Thanks for watching. The HOA FEES, called Colonos here, at $4451 PESOS per quarter. At today's exchange rate, that makes them about $55 USD per month or about $660 per year. Hope this helps.
