I've been introduced to your music and art by the age of 14-15. I studied classical violin then for 10 years an already have been able to be a very respective rock and roll entertainer as well who just took that electric guitar from his father one day and made a big concert in a sports hall of his own school with his own songs also. After being a high school "music investigator" who ran over the city with his bike and a pair of headphones on my head and your music in my heart, at one
moment I could really sing or whistle or whatever the whole Leprechaun or Romantic Warrior albums together with all the other Rtf or Chick Corea music from about 1972 to 1979. Why do I say so much about my self? Well, I feel very grateful to have received your messages in a bottle, as I call music art works that travel through time zones and all the other barriers there are. You both made my life a richer and happier place where music dawns. The Return to forever project especially did the "work of a miracle" towards my life by proving that life is a miracle and the seemingly impossible is more than an illusion because people, human beings, are capable of so much more through knowledge, love and understanding you taught me. It is not about me but about who and what I became because of trusting you and what you did and still continue to do. I can play 14 instruments and I am the composer long expected to come again. Where have I known you before? Well, the very first time I heard your music was before I was born but already came to your concert in Zagreb, Croatia, 1979. As the witnesses remember, I was dancing the whole concert by kicking the beats from my mothers belly. But that's not all. At the end of the concert (It was Chick Corea - Gary Burton Concert) you picked my father among all the other journalists that waited for you to
have an interview. Your interview ended in a very special graceful manner where you gave my dad a second copy of your very intimate book called "Music Poetry". First copy as you allegedly said to him was given to the late Miles Davis. So What! What is my point? It was and still is a great honor to own something so special given from you to my family even before I landed on this planet. What is now my wish for my new years report is to do to you at least a little part of what you did to
me. Why? Because I have nothing else to wish for after receiving such a big blessing from your side. I am working on my materials and am continuing the revolutionary path of many of you musicians who did it before us, to say again to all of you, to all of us, that you, we, are not alone. I just listened to this tonight (December 15, 2017.) Beautiful! Gayle, I knew you in college when you were Gayle Moran and I was Madeline Post. I'm so glad you have had this wonderful man by your side for all these years because I remember you as a really great human being and amazing musical talent. Chick and you are still making beautiful music. Makes me smile...
