FC1000 has no door lock? Damn. Flood hazard as it's a high-water usage machine. It's even worse when the door mounted directly to the suspension as if someone were to open it WHILE it has water in it... Electrics ruined!
@@whichwasher2007 Right. Looks like I'll have to be doing some work if I own one but I don't care. I recently took my Miele W906 apart alone. Disconnected all electrics, removed the whole tub from the case and pretty much every other part. Still though it could be very bad if it has a huge smack from being unbalanced that forces it's door open...
Nice old machines (circa 1980's?) even though the little Servis was banging around like a bone shaker (seriously unbalanced) and had the slowest spin of these three.

You carnt open the outer door. The door lock is to that.
