their's some force out there that's in control of our thoughts and feelings we can only accept or adjust them, the only thing i want to know is what is this force we all have to deal with and what's the purpose of dealing with it, are we in some kind of test and why and why are we here!

The force you speak of is the natural order, the logos; a rational structure that governs all existence.
It is not an external controller but an inherent part of life itself. We are here to live in harmony with this order, to understand that while externals lie beyond our control, our thoughts, perceptions, and actions are ours to master.
Life is not a test but an opportunity to cultivate virtue, endure with courage, and find peace by aligning with nature’s will.
Why are we here? To live wisely and justly, for that is the purpose of a rational being.

@@FactFlow.Official but why, so who created the WHY it must be some kind of test, at least the bible gives us an answer nothing else does!

The question of ‘why’ and the search for ultimate purpose are deeply human inquiries, but from a Stoic perspective, the essence of life lies not in pondering a grand test or external judgment, but in living in accordance with reason and virtue. If there is a creator or a reason for existence, it is beyond our power to fully comprehend. What is within our power, however, is to align ourselves with nature’s order, practicing justice, courage, and wisdom.
Instead of seeing life as a test, consider it an opportunity-a field in which we cultivate our character. The Bible may provide one answer, but answers are diverse and reflect different traditions. Ultimately, the meaning we seek is not given but lived through our actions and choices in harmony with the rational flow of the universe.
