O valor do aluguel em Manaus em um lugar razoável parte de 700,00. Nos bairros mais nobres está em média 1.500
Infelizmente esse nosso centro ta entregue as batatas pelo Poder público.Lastimavel !!!

centro de manaus é um mercado falido apenas geração mais velha ainda o frequenta, compras online e shoping vem chamando atenção do público mais jovem, é questão de tempo pra uma catastrofe nesse mercado os culpado é o governo local que não mordeniza essa área centro histórico e meus ovus
