Just as a tip would be better and cleaner if you printed it on card and made the score lines and just attach the transparent paper inside instead of losing your old boxes etc. Would be cleaner too
...so making a box would be better? lol I know...it would also require another set of skills and tools. This is the easy way that most can achieve. Thanks for the view!
What printer do you use? I’m starting from the ground up and could use some pointers. Just spent a lot of money on sculpting supplies, paint supplies and all that fun stuff, but now I’m entering the custom making of funko boxes. I know I need Photoshop and I will install that later, but I think I need to know what printer I need? Don’t wanna kill my wallet either lol. What do you recommend? I’m very patient and willing to learn through trial and error, I just need a boost start. Thanks man. Awesome stuff btw
Really appreciate that! I use an older Epson Artisan 730 3 in 1 printer. Don't think that the printer cost is super important (I paid ~100$ for this one) just make sure to change your print settings to "best quality" because some printers have settings that will save ink at the cost of print quality. I imagine that any new printer will give you the results you see here. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask any other questions you may have!
Absolutely! Maybe I will make a video on pop drawings. I actually use adobe Illustrator to do my drawings then add them to the box in photoshop. Not aware of a tutorial sadly, but searching for vector illustration tutorials will put you on the right path. Good luck! Trial and error are the best ways to learn anything.
How are you today? Would you be interested in doing a box artwork for me? I’m doing a job for the gentleman who played big daddy in the movie land of the dead. I will put your name on the box along with my name and company for doing a Figures if you’re willing to do so let me know. We’ll figure something out.

What type of paper do you use to print the box out and how did you get a pop vinyl art of gambit
I’m just wondering how do I print to the scale needed?
Great job!
Cool! Gonna give this a shot.
Can you make diy protectors as well?
What type of paper is used? Can normal printer use this paper?
I have a standard printer and used regular photo paper. No issue.
What did you use to modify the insert?
Matthew Cirola i just cut it with an exacto knife or utility knife
Thank you!

that would be good CLyon Creates
Where did you get the insert? Did you buy them somewhere or use it from an old box?
Generally, I use the insert from the pop's head and then modify for the body to fit.
Truly remarkable to say the least!!! It looks phenomenal dude!
Thank you!!

I cut my finger!
I hope not! Xacto knife cuts are not fun. My hand has had stitches before because of them. Cut resistant gloves are key!
