Ah, it's not called Split Personality, It's DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder), or OSDD-1 (Other Specified Dissociative Disorder - 1). Split Personality is an outdated name for it (Which makes sense for the older timey people using it). War is traumatizing enough as is, but for a child to that extent into adulthood? Definitely DID or OSDD-1.

I thought ORV was the most heartbreaking webnovel, until I discovered this. Deon's story hurts so bad throughout the entire novel and he didn't even get a happy ending. Sure he got reincarnated, but he didn't even have his vision. He's blind in all his reincarnations after this life. The only consolation I have is that Cruel would always be by his side as his guardian spirit 😭

Deon's spoiler killed me (The kings were manipulating him the whole time and his brother still died) but the biggest blow comes when he kills these three bastards. He didn't deserve it!!! :=
The biggest blow for me was when cruel died. But not just that, the fact that cruel all this time loved and cared for deon and chose to die for him in the end and deon finding that out. I want to see them in a happier world and being the best brothers to each other 😭

I love all their interactions! And, it didn't even surprise me when William was the first one who acknowledged his split personality disorder! I almost thought WWX and XL would have also found it , due to both of them being a genius, as portraited in their novels/fandoms lol
true! but they're also very behind the times and DID isnt exactly something they'd have knowledge of, they'd more likely think Deon's situation to be a thing of possession or a resentful spirit since that's their expertise, WWX n XL are pretty smart but considering therapy doesn't exist in ancient china they probably dont know much abt mental health apart from qi deviations

I always forget her name but that blue haired chick who works under Deon, she was and always will be the 'Best Girl' in that series; hands down I honestly could imagine a story were had thing not been misunderstood those two being a couple or just being close friends. Her and Ed were truly good friends/subordinates to Deon
The way the author portrayed Cruel, like every single line about Deon from his POV is so tear-jerking. You can just feel how much he still adored Deon despite also suffering a lot 😭

just finished watching all of it and I cant explain how beautiful and amazing this reaction video was. The character design and the patience u have to have made this is incredible!!! You didnt leave a single detail out about 'I'm not that kind of talent' and included every aspect of it. The conversations and the thoughts of the other characters such as from Kim Dokja and Moriarty putting up theorys about why Deon acts and talks the way he does with his 'split personality' is very nice to read. It just gives off that the characters are really interested and alive! There is much more to say but for all now, this is simply the best reaction video that I have seen of Deon Hart!!! Thank you

I've cried a lot while reading the novel especially the ending. His brother sacrificed himself while he hoped that Deon would have someone who loves him and be happy but Deon could not accept what he did and so *spoilers*
He gave up the chance of reincarnation to save the soul of his brother but by doing that he condemned himself to a fate worse than death. He believed he never deserved forgiveness, happiness nor love, making his brother's wish null.

I haven't read I'm Not That Kind of Talent, so I wasn't very emotional until the end when Wei Wuxian told Deon he deserved a grave and final resting place...cause Wei Wuxian was speaking from experience. He never got a proper grave, and he had no final resting place because his body was destroyed by the resentful energy. I hope he goes next so they can remember that comment he made.
