If you are feeling sad and a loss of interest, remember that it’s okay to feel that way at times. But seeking comfort and support is essential. You’re not alone, and some people care about you. Discover strength in the joy of the Lord despite adversity. Pray, read the bible and by meditation, you will find compassion, understanding, and hope from God.
    Your face is a reliable and accurate reflection of what you are going through. It displays joy, sorrow, fear, rage, and humiliation. Our resources, aptitudes, or situations are not the only sources of our strength. Our strength comes from a connection to God. Thus, we can confront obstacles, persevere through hardships, and maintain hope despite misfortune.
    Your joy is the constant presence of Jesus in your life. No one, not another human being or the devil, can take that away from you. Don’t be anxious. The Lord who goes before you will be with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. He will watch over you wherever you go. You will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard the way you feel and the way you think.
    Your emotional state influences your achievements and overall well-being. Whether through setbacks or disappointments, sad people achieve little, happy people achieve much. or unmet expectations.
    That is also why you should use positive, constructive ways to communicate and interact. Yes, healthy debate and argument can be stimulating and can resolve conflicts. But don’t weaken and undermine your positive state of mind and happiness, by emotionally charged and unresolved arguments. These can impact your happiness and wellbeing for short or long periods if you allow them to.
    When you feel sad, you have less motivation and energy to focus on productivity and progress and pursue your goals. It’s okay to acknowledge our emotions and give ourselves time to heal. Don’t carry the burden on your own. He will give you hope and a future. His strength will be your source of joy.
    That joy impacts your mindset and behavior. You’ll be able to approach challenges with hope, capacity and creativity. People will gladly work with you or have you as a colleague or a subordinate.
    Sometimes, we must tell ourselves to snap out of it: to stop experiencing something unpleasant or behaving negatively.
    Yes, it’s normal to experience both sadness and happiness. The key lies in not struggling with a bout of unhappiness that you see creeping in. Trust God to bring you inner peace and protect your emotions (your heart) and thoughts (your mind). He will give you peace.
    When someone steals something that belongs to you, they can do so without your permission or knowledge and keep or use it against you or for themselves. Stay away from negative people. Sometime, some people take delight in talking about your difficult situation that only makes you feel worse.
    This can turn happiness into sadness. Psalm 30:11 makes a lovely point regarding both joy and sorrow. God, you have given me the ability to dance through my grief. You have taken off my sackcloth and covered me with joy. This lovely poem captures the change from sadness to happiness. God's influence can turn our sorrowful situation into joyous ones. The return of happiness and hope is symbolized by the images of dancing and new clothes. These are phrases that can bring you comfort!
    We take so much for granted until we do not have it anymore.
    Simple things that make or add to our happiness. The warmth of the sun and the promise of a new day. The sound of birds chirping. Laughing with trusted friends. A hug from someone who cares. Enjoy, treasure and be grateful for these little things that mean a lot. Happiness is a treasure. Guard it. Happiness is worth the fight. Shield it from storms of doubt and strife. Wrap it in kindness, nurture its life. For happiness, once lost, is hard to find or replace. So, cherish laughter, love, and simple pleasures. Gratitude is essential even in challenging situations.
