I’m a nurse, researching becoming a death doula. Wow! I’ve been called to this. It’s a space that needs love and awareness. There is a spiritual gap between the medical professionals and the patient. My goal is to help this become a sacred healing space.
I have a dear friend who works hospice and is perhaps well described as a death doula. She's never used that term with me, but she describes what goes on as a patient nears death and then dies. VERY potent experience. I have always thought that her work is particularly meaningful. And that's the part of her work that she 'lives for.'

You should go for it! I studied to become a Death Doula in 2019. The pandemic kept me from finalizing it (you need a lot of hours with hospice and I couldn’t participate bc of lockdown) but the course itself grew me as a person. I feel as though I approach life with even more reverence now. We need more professionals with a healthy outlook on death. With your background in nursing it would be a huge contribution. You will be a valuable, soul-filled person with this training. I’m sure you already are if you’re looking into it, however. Anyway- do it! It’s worthwhile.

Have you looked into human design? It didn’t hook me like other topics, but I did stay long enough to learn some interesting, low-key validating tidbits. I can’t even remember what it was - manifestor, or a certain line combination, idk - but according to HD something in my chart says I am always misunderstood upon first meetings, and not well-liked in general. Oh! Something about the aura - closed and pushing or something like that.
Sorry, all this to say, it really is true that if you change the way you look at something, it changes. Whether HD is true or not idc. It was just nice to try on a different perspective, and in that space nothing was personal. No more puzzling over why, what did I do, what’s wrong with me? It doesn’t matter. I've been working with the story of Inanna and her 7 gates into the underworld. Each gate represents a part of your identity that you are required to shed. Who would you be without your marriage, your children, your parents, your job, your status? After letting him out to play, my cat was all calm and serene and then went into kitty psycho mode. This affirmed to me that chaos can come in gently and change into a whirlwind of activity and change and not necessarily in a bad way. Thank you for this message. It's confirmation. Someone that I thought was a soul mate was visiting me in the 5D.. even astral projected to me in the 3D. I know I need to improve in communication quite a bit. My 3D environment is too much for me at times and I know I react poorly. I am confident that a change of environment (peaceful, wise one) will allow me to overcome this blockage in my communication.

Yes! Feeling MAJOR shifts happening ever since Saturn went direct on NOV 4th. I’ve been feeling so stuck the past several years. But in the past few days, I suddenly feel ready to quit a bad habit, release toxic beliefs and connections, and I have a new career opportunity coming in that would be an epic game-changer for me. It’s a bit like coming home to myself and knowing that I’m worthy of SO much more. Today the incoming positive energy was so intense I needed to lay down, almost dizzy, and just ground, center, and surrender.
