Lightning McQueen takes a ride on the town. Someone is following close behind though and they are up to no good. As McQueen pulls up to a stop light, Jackson Storm screeches to a halt next to him! He wants to race! But if its a race he wants, Lightning is always up to the challenge. They take off narrowly avoiding some of the other cars minding their own business. But did Jackson Storm foresee what would happen next to cut their race short?
