When I looked at sComm UbiDuo 2 equipment, my jaw dropped when I saw the price: $1,995!!! What a highway robbery!!! It's just like UltraTec TTY that cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the 1980s.

Yeah usually technology that Deaf people even I myself am Deaf had, TTY (its old teletype writer that most of us no longer use), wake up alarm vibration for wake up, baby crying, or even if house is on a fire, doorbell light flashing and all that kind cost more becuase they are special made, yes it sucks with costy.
If you have Medicare then you only pay $15.00 that it. I have one too. I only pay $15.00 cuz I have Medicare.
