Another silage vid! and there is still a few more to come. I give the Claas 3300 a good workout for the start of the season and she goes without a hitch.
Nice vid George! We have our quadrant haylage bales 5 foot 6 inches so there’s not so many to pick up 😂 I bet Henry has the 998 High speed on his wish list 👍
Great to see this George cos when you take a machine ( especially a Baler ) to the field sometimes it’s a right ball ache to get it working, other times it works straight away. Love the view out of the Fastrac, one day I will have one George 😀
i have never done those big square bales before just the rounds ones so for me having the tractor grunt like that sends chills down my spine. i am use to listing to the engine making one sound when under load and if the sound changes even by a little with out you input you know something is wrong its saved my many times before. we have an old Steiger Wildcat the oil cooler on the engine had a crack in the housing and started to leak oil at an alarming rate while i was driving and when the oil started to get really low there was a slight shift in the engines tone if i didn't have the habit of listing to the engine i would not have noticed and it would have run completely dry. with the grunting of the engine you would have a really hard time hearing something go wrong till it gets to critical point.
What can I say George another one out of the park but their is one thing 🤔 the bumper mate I thought you might have painted it in the winter keep up the good work look forward to the next one 👍😎
Hi george, love the videos. I was just wondering if you could make a video on your camera equipment as i want to start making videos at work but im not really sure whats best to use. I know that you busy as its silage season my favourite time of year 😂 but if you could do that it would be amazing thanks rhys 😁
This may seem a silly comment but what is silage used for? I'm not a farmer I just like tractors that's why I watch you! great content keep it coming please
These days it's also used to feed/fuel Biogas plants. But mostly it is used as cattle feed in winter. I grew up on farms - started feeding cattle silage made in a covered pit/clamp. At the end of our farming life we ended up feeding sheep silage made this way - baled grass or wholecrop (cereal crop cut unripened with stalks intact) baled and then wrapped to ferment it.
intressting film george to seethe baling silage,in germany drive alittle gras loadwagen,häcksler and a little roundbale or squerebaling, ilike your films from england
I’ve never gone into any field and had a trouble free days baleing. Is this the same for most people? Also, there is very little grass in those rows. What’s the story with that? It looks like an expensive way of topping the field! Great kit though
I’m no. GM expert, but as I understand it it’s something to do with the bitter taste you get when it’s heated. Canola has been modified to remove that taste. The EU operates on what’s known as the ‘precautionary’ principle. This means that there’s lots of things banned that are common in other parts of the world.
Sensor under seat ..this isn't adult kids running this machinery, so many reasons to need equipment running... while operator goes out to see what wrong... while machine is running
You think the Tractor seat would have a sensor fitted as standard which when the farmer gets off it and out to check the baler or whatever the tractor is running behind it, The sensor should automatic stop the imperilment when the seat is empty! so the safety of the farmer is done without him or her needing to remember to turn off ot onto standby the pulled unit? Makes it better then. After all people being people can forget to turn the pulled item off before going to check it?

good video again george, what happened to lord muck and deano, have not seen anything from them for a long time
mfjb1967 We've both been busy. I'm working on a few vids so will get some new ones up very soon.
The pickup reel doesn’t look wide enough for the row, it is leaving crop on the ground, well that’s what it looks like. Amazing tractor 👍👍.

Nice one Georgie Boi!!! Taa taaaa!!!!
How come the 1st row was so close the the hedge?
I hope you don't mind me saying this, but what a poorly raked field.
But a nice video George 👍
Nice George👍looks like there's as much setting up on a big baler as a conventional baler! Can't wait to get into the hay now 😊
George do you guys do much pit silage? I don’t recall seeing any videos of it on your channel before
Nice one George!👍
As always, 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi George Gerry Kelleher I like your job fast track what horse power is it

Hello Mr.Saunders how many hectares do you have ? And which animals you have cows to produce milk? A nice weekend and best wishes from Germany
Great vid as always. Ive always been curious how your drone capture audio without the sound of the rotors?
This may seem a silly comment but what is silage used for? I'm not a farmer I just like tractors that's why I watch you! great content keep it coming please
It is basically pickled grass
It is very nutritious and is fed to cows
And sheep

Thank you for taking the time to explain cheers guys
George,Have you used a Swather, yet?
Are the rows supposed to be that wide ? It seems like the baler isn't wide enough ? anybody ? Thanks.
When do you use all wheel steer on the fastrac?

Good Show!
My question is though. Why square bale it if you have a round baler or vice versa?
Was that all the same day George an if it was how many bales an hour can u do 🤔💪💪
Anyone know what has happened to deano missing his video's
Cracking job mr saunders

Hi" what is the HP of your JCB, ?

Would it be better to get a wrapper that does square and round
Who is here for the intro?
Come to us in Slovakia for 150 bales please 😂😂
End of the season spray the inside of the chamber with canola oil.
PIPER DOUG You can’t get canola oil in Europe. It’s GM so it’s banned. Standard rapeseed oil would do the same though.
As far as I'm aware rape seed oil is canola
@@hughmarcus1, Canola oil is banned ? How come, what makes it genetically modified ?

@@hughmarcus1, Ok, Thank you.
George maybe you need to tell your followers that deano works in plant now 😂
AgriVidsProductions is this true ? How do you no ? I sore the farm advertising for his job like ?
@@tuckerjenkins6250r I know because I asked Ben a few months ago. More money, and more time with his family. Which is understandable

Fair play to him

Most new machines have something such as this fitted. It can be disabled when running implements like slurry pumps.
So annoying sound, don't you get tired of that
