FIRST! Thanks for the review of this FiiO product, Pavlo! I really like all my FiiO gear, especially the two digital audio players I bought secondhand, and especially their HS18 eartips.
I think I'll pull the plug on this. Gonna make transform my shp9500 into a wireless headset cause that microphone sounds amazing! Thank you for testing!
Thank you for the comprehensive overview. I don't know if you can answer this, but I'm looking for an opinion between btr13 and btr15 for a specific use. I was trying to use my Shanling UP4 (original version) my VR headset and the fiio ff5 earbuds. While I really like the sound signature, the latency with the UP4 is very high. Do you know if either of the afore mentioned fiio devices will improve latency, considering they support aptX LL and adaptive? Could the latency be good enough for gaming in VR?
@@PortaFi yes sorry i am not good with explaining, i ment like are you able to use it with a mic and headphones over bluetooth to communicate, the btr5 could do that but very low quality for both, but if it is just 1 type it sounds good
@@PortaFi thank you, I'm looking at flatheads like FF3S and FF5 and I'm wondering which bluetooth DACs would be good to pair with them. Currently I'm using KSC75s and VE Monk A1
Excellent review. I got the btr13 to replace my btr3. A big step up.
I own the btr3 and 5 and use the 3 more because of the built in shirt clip, thanks for bring it back fiio!

Incidentally, kindly inform me of the correct spelling of your name, in case I am misspelling it in every one of your video's comment section!
Actually, you're spelling it correctly, thank you! It's an Ukrainian form of "Paul"

At that price point, it seems pretty nice. The output power is very close to the BTR5, and I like the ability to pick the internal or external power.
Yes, FiiO did a lot in improving usability aspects of their devices

no. unfortunately I don't have any experience with such usage
@@PortaFi Thanks for the reply.
can you please test out voice + headphone capabilties?
Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean here. I've added microphone test to this video
sorry, i ment input over bluetooth
It was over Bluetooth. Or I'm still not getting your questions

@@BamsyTheSergal sorry, I've tested only built-in microphone, it's normal in terms of quality
This vs shanlijg up4 2022?
Shanling for a bit warmer sound, this one is slightly more neutral. Or add $20 and get BTR15 which will be better overall

@@Red-in4fx I'd said that BTR15 will be best in terms of value, but it's a bit subjective thing
Please review Colorfly CDA M1P
I'll try to get it, but not sure if I'll succeed )))
@@PortaFi Thank you very much! I'll be waiting for the review.
