I've heard some practitioners suggest that the story points should be about value to the customer (i.e. ROI) instead of effort. So you're producing the most value each week. But who knows how to estimate ROI for a story? Thoughts?
The top or most Valuable stories are defined by the Product Manager (Owner), based on client interactions. Then the team estimates on effort to maximize the amount of value delivered from these stories. :D
