Tbh, I've never actually heard of them. Thankfully, soph rang up the next day, said a few things slightly different with knowing what they said the day before to me and they managed to get me there. Unfortunately though, I have to have a second infusion because my bloods are so bad so have to do it all again on Saturday 😔
