It makes me quite sad to hear considering I've only heard of this game's existence last month and I've been having such a fun time with it. Though now with this new update hopefully the player base increases to what it once was so I can experience that ^^
I have my reason why I don't really play that game anymore. Lack of updates of course. The amount of sweating you have to do just to win a game The same type of sweats using one of the most obnoxious weapon combinations. Eggcannons addition Bots ruining fights between other players. Lack of servers for other players around the world. And SniperMelee (I'm talking about Client side hit detection. Bullets and attacks being very much desync between players. (Trust me I have died a lot from this alone Not fun to play against with or against.))

I just don't understand why the heck the "downfall" happens. Like sure there are no updates, but updates that we're made we're practically shooting game in it's head, and nobody cared about it and kept playing. Season 8 till now ruined the game to the point of... well, terrible. Map location in the corner, making it optional, new weapon that makes spammers scream from happiness and people die from ping against that thing, and of course, garbage cosmetics. Everyone was fine with it, everyone played the same game just over and over again with some tiny additions that did not change the game almost at all, and people did not care. And ONLY when Pixile completely stopped making updates for a period of time, community just NOW realized that there was no major good changes in the game from the season 7 release? Also again, these stats are practically useless. Game for it's time of existence have found a way to raise a normal skill ceiling to the point of unplayable for newcomers, and these "big numbers before" we're actually just coming from huge promotions of different youtubers that just found the game with 100k+ subs. Pixile literally found a way to get the high numbers fast, but game was just not playable for most of the newcomers, so they just quit. F O R E V E R. The only thing that's left in this game are sweaty players from the community that just found holes in the weapon balance of the game and actively abusing it while Pixile play a blindfold on all that. The steady number we have right now, is literally the number from the community of sweaty SAR players, and IT"S NOT GOING TO CHANGE. Not after season 11, not after anything, if Pixile will keep just not caring about the game technically. It's just dumb to call the game "dead", when it literally killed itself a long time ago, and people we're just too slow to realize it.
@@CapyRap62 No, that's where you're wrong. Pixile care about their game, the main problem there is the fact that Pixile are unexperienced developers that just don't see the mistakes properly when they are literally right behind their face the entire time.
I think the decline has been happening for awhile, it just became more evident, when they announced the production of a new expansion thats for a pretty niche audience.
