Please next time explain why women's of Scandinavian countries choose sectors like health and education more ..... while men choose jobs like engineering.

Well the Scandinavian shift does not take into account societal factors that lead to job selection. Nursing and health are associated with women across the globe. Maths and science with men. women on an average have higher maths anxiety than men and tend to underestimate their mathematical abilities. Correlation does not equal causation.
