No it's even worse than that bro Lemillions quirk is straight up broken. Think about how combat would actually look if you could use Lemillions quirk like this. Lemillion's quirk had a weakness. He couldn't see or comprehend what was happening to him so he had to predict what was going to happen rapidly in his head through experience. We as the player don't have that weakness as we can see exactly what is happening to Togata's surroundings as he's noclipping through the world. The combat basically stops being an obstacle and we would need a drawback for Mirio to actually offer any challenge when you play as him.

Now all we need is costom character and good selection of quirks and if they can add in mmo or for now make it co-op but have a public looby where people change they quirks or clothes ,Technique ,fighting colosseum etc…
