Thanks for all the door game reviews @TheDI. Really good nostalgia for me. I ran a 3 node BBS back in the early to mid 90s, and had a few of the games you reviewed on there. Good stuff. 👍
You are very much welcome! Door games are very dear to me. Bulletin Board systems was something that I got to use when I was at College in the Chicagoland area in the mid 90's and I took what I learned there and helped co-sysop a BBS when I got back home. I loved the community that they had and playing with my friends or against them in the case of Barren Realms Elite I consider them some of the first Mmorpg's in a manner of speaking Pretty cool you had a 3 node BBS that was not a cheap thing to run
This is a very good question Yes there is a high scoreboard. the game will let you know if you have made it to the top ten as seen here at 0:41 also the Score is a bit tricky. in the lower right hand of the play field there is a P: T: K: with some numbers next to it P: stands for the points your last kill earned you T: is the total points you have earned and K: is the number of Kills there is also a complicated set of rules on how many points a kill is worth depending on the amount of time between each kill I also forgot that there is a teleport button that randomly displaces you somewhere on the play field much like the arcade game asteroids but it can get you in to some trouble and I forgot to even use it. Since this particular version of the game was unregistered it only had the one level and all kills were set to 10 points

So do you get a score ? Is there a leaderboard?
This is a very good question
