Sometimes we need to step back and reset! It has to be hard to meet your personal expectations and also the expectations of your subscribers! But you need to find your balance and you need to remember to have fun. I totally understand the need to be all things to everyone and then your own needs never get met! I hope you figure it out and I'm sending you hugs! I wish you more gentle days ahead❤
I support you JP, try to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others, one day at a time, we are only human beings, with our ups and downs, a break is probably necessary, we don't move❤
**HUG** Fill your cup, my friend. Do what you need to do for yourself and your family. Many of us can easily relate and we don't have the added pressure of running a yt channel. Take care of yourself, fill that cup, decompress. If we can help in any way, please let us know. Love ya, fam! 💗🦇💗🦇💗
There is so much here, all this self doubt and everything, your intense interests and obsessions, anxiety, burn out, even how you feel you need to explain everything to make sure you are not treating your viewers badly. These could all be just from growing up with a parent who has narcissistic traits, AND/OR these could be ND traits. ADHD and autism are very related and often comorbid. And it is quite common for ND's to seek out other ND's, we understand each other so well ❤
Hey McFly you do you. You are good enough, but your health has to come first. Don’t respond to all the comments, just do what you can. Everyone will understand. There is no right way to deal with work life balance, so my suggestion is to try to set time limits or schedule specific parts of the day to do the different things and when that time period is done then stop that thing. I think a big part of your stress is that you are someone who worries a lot, so one idea to help that is to create a ten minute worry time in your day when you do just that and brain dump all your stress either by journaling or talking it out loud. The most important thing is to be there for yourself first and then your family. If you can be there for 30 minutes to 1 hour solid each day with your kids and create that time when they can ask you anything and you can talk and play with them, then they will always know you are there for them, but that means no phone or other distractions during that time. Btw maybe you should at least speak to your therapist in relation to getting checked out for neurodivergence because I think that might help you.
Yeah. I think that last part is a good idea. I am not sure about journaling, but the video logs have helped me. Sometimes I'll film something of a brain duno and just not release it.

Even at 33 I'm still finding myself. I guess we all are.
Life and health come first, man. Love and respect!
Thank you!

Thank you very much!
Take the time you need and let your inspiration guide you. We’ll be here.

Thank you. I appreciate that. Just trying to level everything out.

Both? I think it's mostly the childhood stuff.
I'm right where you are, bro ❤

Is there anything we can do to help support you during these burnout phases? If so, please let us know. ✌🏻💜
You're support is enough! I really appreciate that though.
