Handy video, except for when he/she installs the lights and you can’t see what going on because the camera is on their forehead. Some talking would also be nice. Love the idea of a powerpoint in the rangehood cabinet.
@3:24 that part looks easy but is the worst in the whole process. The system is not bad but the mounts are. Thats one of the biggest failures in IKEA design. Not only are the working conditions in that area extremely challenging but the screws are too small and the plastic will not work properly the second time you try to mount the lamps. I even failed a lot in the first mount but the plastic is extremely cheap and always tries to escape the lamp on one or the other way.
Better than Ikeas own attempts to show how to do this. Thank you!

You will have to call an electrician to create an outlet in there.
