I got the 12 South charging stand for Christmas and I really really love it! The movable watch charger is nice for different watch bands where some angles may not work for some bands. Also love that it’s fast charging for the watch 🙌🏻

I know that with MagSafe, my iPhone remembers my preferred StandBy view for each different charger at different locations. Does that also work with Qi2? This model seems an improvement over the other model, but I might get the older model if my iPhone can’t automatically set my preferred view.

There is no reason for a Qi2 charger to cost $150. A Qi2 pad from Anker is $20.
Please review the Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station. It has a similar form factor. I would love if the AirPods charger part had magnets too.

Just received this charger and while it is of very high quality the silicone coated base will collect a lot of dust and debris. Also not a fan of the non removable power cord.

I have that Anker travel 3-1 and just bought the Anker 3-1 that is similar to the belkin stand but no tilt which would be nice but already set at a good angle with detachable cable and I got mine $30 off with coupon when it's $99

The ESR charger is very nice. I have the old ESR 3-1 with the cooling fan and the new one charges my AirPods, Apple Watch and iPhone a lot quicker. It is also convenient that the Apple Watch charger comes out and you can plug it into your Mac, iPad or your choice of charging brick!

Great video! It’s definitely a nice charger, very premium looking. But unfortunately the price may deter some people. At the very least, it can charge 3 devices at the same time and at a reasonable wattage.

Steve… So Isn’t Mag Safe Actually all of that and you get the Location Detection? So it goes to your screen of Choice? If you have a Mag Safe, Why Switch?
If you already have a MagSafe charger, you don't need Qi2. Qi2 is literally built off Apple's MagSafe spec. I'd only suggest upgrading to a new charger if it has features or a design you like!

Yes! They both charge at 15W and watch fast charging respectively.

Does this qi2 work with the “StandBy” feature?
It does! I show it a few times when the clock appears on the landscape orientation iPhone when placed on the charger.

Any propped horizontal charging does. Even a cord.
Unless you mean the standby feature where it recognizes different MagSafe charging locations.

@@ericramz1 I don’t know the requirements Apple set. I know it was via nfc tag in the MagSafe pad. Starting standby itself is just power input and positioning.

The AirPods charging indicator light is stupidly bright. In a dark room, it lights up the room. Otherwise, it’s a great sold all in one.

I think I would prefer the USB-C cable ending, as I just can back from Europe 2 weeks ago. I couldn’t take the stand with me because the cable end is only for US plugs…
The straight up orientation is good for charging an iPad.
And what if something happens to the cable by accident you threw the whole charger in the trash i don’t really get it, why on earth Belkin when they fix something they messed up on something else. Definitely im not sold on this design and $$$$
