Raggedy Man just wants to be Part of Your World -Gallifrey One 29 Karaoke Night

This amazing Human Being decided to dress up as The Raggedy Man (the 11th Doctor) and sing Part of Your world by Ariel in The Little Mermaid. I’m at the Dr. Who convention Gallifrey One (29). There are three things to state:
One-I got his consent and permission to post this
Two-He had no idea who gave him that Pipe, the second he got off that stage he began asking “Okay, who’s pipe is this???”
Three-The reason he broke out of song and said “Dear God!” Was because some drunk lady while dancing tripped over her feet and face planted.
