    4:33 What fenders would fit that hole you mentioned? Hiboy is out of stock of the official P6 fenders so I had to buy generic ones.

    There's no reason for any of these bikes to be over 65 lb, and even that's a little too heavy.

    Those are good tires, the only ones that I've seen that might be a little bit better are the Panaracer's, but they are sometimes hard to come by.

    How do we 🔐unlock the SPEED Limiter ? Hack the controle panel ? Magnet ? Like the 28 mph stock but safer where I live going faster.

    Curious which rack did you put on it?

  • @joshb3526
    @joshb3526 Рік тому +1

    Does it need fenders? How much water and mud kicks up on you when riding on wet roads?

      Fenders would be nice. I asked HiBoy about that and they said they are looking into accessories like that for future bikes. Without them on wet roads it would throw water for sure. I have a rack I am installing so that should help with some of that.

    Had my wife's Rad Power Bike RadRunner Plus stolen and this looks like a great more affordable replacement.

      That sucks big time. People who steal are some of the lowest people on earth. Rad makes some cool bikes. The HiBoy P6 is super fun for sure. I love riding it around town.

    @RunBikeMike Cool vid on the P6 vs. P7. For reference how tall are you and how much do you weigh? Weight determines ebike range a lot. I like both, but never rode them. Also, surprised you liked P6 over the P7 so much more? According to Hiboy site they both should go 28mph. Also P6 is 750 watts and 65lbs and P7 is only 500 watts and only 56.2lbs, almost 10 lbs lighter! So question remains is it the extra power or the fat tires that make it better than the P7 or both?? Thanks

      @RunBikeMike  Рік тому +1

      I am 187 and 5’11”. I definitely like the P6 better the extra power is nice.

      @@RunBikeMike All things being equal, I wonder how much ride difference is there between 26x4.0 vs. 26x2.3 tires?? Also curious why no one seems to make ebikes with 26x3.0 tires which would seem to be a perfect ALL terrain (city/dirt) tire size INSTEAD of Fat 4.0 or 2.1 tires?! 😆

      @@Wize817 I would like to see the budget ebike companies get into 29 inch wheels. Just like the mountain bike world has been in for over a decade. They don’t seem to make very many if any 29 inch hub drives for some reason. They are all 26 or 27.5.

      @ducatiboy if you are looking for some budget friendly brakes I would go with zoom 4 piston brakes. Just check your pin connection see if it is 2 or 3.
