EA please consider adding the following to Fifa 18 career mode:
-fix the undershirt bug so that players can wear undershirts no matter what time of year it is, and you get to decide if players wear long sleeves or not
-Make sure you have a contract with Nike, Adidas, and Puma to ensure that all boots are added to the game from September through the end of May
-give realistic names to generic stadiums. (don't have "town park" in Spain)
-Get the Camp Nou back
-make sure the home fans are always loud when celebrating if their team scores (Crystal Palace, Bournemouth, etc. all have very quite home crowds which is super unrealistic)
-put release clauses and buy back clauses in player contracts
-be able to offer a player to another club for loan or transfer
-scan the faces for all Premier League players, including youth players that occasionally play in cup games
-add a U23 team for PL clubs so that you can select a few players here and there to play matches with the first team
-be able to request funds from the board
-make press conferences interactive and realistic so that people actually enjoy them
-make stadium lighting more realistic (looks too dark at night, need to be lit up more)
-be allowed to only manage an international team, and get scouting reports on how your players are doing at their clubs to see who's in form
-add Chinese league and have teams have budgets of $300M+
-Have team training where the entire squad can upgrade their stats together
-add the real track suits for PL clubs when they're sitting on the bench in a match being played in the winter. (not some generic ugly red uniform)
-fix simulations (Barcelona should be beating Eibar 0-6 away, not losing 2-0)
-each team needs to have two goalkeeper kits to avoid any kit clashes on the pitch
I know it's a lot, but it'd improve the game soooo much

I can confirm that buy out clauses are in career mode as well as sell out clauses
And you can negotiate with mangers for a player plus negotiate with players (as a cutscene)
Fix Career Mode: Realistic transfers, New Layout, Sponsorships, Actual Press Conferences like "The Journey" and If they do add this your comments could affect relationships with the Clubs Board and Players, Injury's are way too frequent, If you sim a match away from home you're almost certain to lose or draw, Squad Training (More training spots than 5), Add the Ballon D'or, Cut-Scenes like The Journey, Add U23 and Youth Leagues, Enable us to ask for additional funds, Be able to retire at the end and become a Legend like Sir Alex And... this maybe a push but being able to have New Kits every season.
EDIT: They could also add a new mode where you could ONLY manage a International Team...
Buy Champions League And Europa League Licenses, Upgrading Stadiums.
I also don't understand why they are taking so much time and effort to make The Journey... More people like and play CM.

How do you explain players ranked in the top 100? I've played fifa since 06 and have always ended with 100-10 type of records online. I agree, fifa can be ANNOYING af sometimes but to say that it's making you lose games is unfair.

Then only 5% of people could play the game because it would require too much
Fifa should consider the following:
Be able to edit your home away or alternative kit at the end of every season
Bring back Team Creator (not talking about Ultimate Team) e.g. Create a Badge, Create a Sponsor and Kit
Realistic Tables
For Example: Chelsea in 17th at the start of the season

Chairman Mode
Fan mode
Create a team for career mode
Add The Chinese Super league
Add the Vanarama National League
Be able to edit your teams stadium in career mode
