My tier list of every character Pacifist sans: C Tier, Only because It's only good if the player is good, by the time the player gets good at the game they won't be using Pacifist sans. Swap sans: SSSSS Tier, One of the most broken sanses in the game, And the fact that it is only 8 wins means new players can get their hands on possibly the most OP sans. Papyrus: F Tier, You know why. Vone!Sans: A Tier, A pretty balanced character, It's kinda hard to beat a Vone sans if you get bad teammates or the Vone is good at the game. Swap!Papyrus: C Tier, Not that good in my opinion, Really easy to kill a swap pap. Sans: C Tier, Once again not that good of a character. SuddenChanges!Sans: S Tier, A really good character if there aren't a lot of people with the bingus locket in the server, In my opinion this is one of the most boring characters to play as since the moveset is pretty basic and dull. Bad Time Duo: S-A Tier, This character heavily relies on the teammate you get, If you get an afk dude or someone whos just gonna go and die then your screwed. If you get a good teammate theres still a chance of losing if they are skilled at dodging. If you get a bad teammate, He's A tier, S tier for good teammate. DustTrust!Sans: (Phase 1) A Tier, I put him here because he's really good, But he's kinda vunerable without his second phase. I would make it higher if you have the second phase. (Phase 2) SS Tier, Definitely my favorite character, Balanced moveset makes him fun to play as, And just over-all a great character, Though beware for Error item users, If they get a bad hp amount but good speed you could probably win, But if they get lucky and get alot of hp and/or speed then you are doomed, For example I BARELY beat an error user who had speed boost and 48 HP, The reason for this is because of his speed boost he drained my dodges, Everybody else died farly quickly but this error user almost beat my phase 2 with 48 HP, So this character may be good but is very weak against error users, DustTrust Is still my favorite character. I was just playing and outta nowhere i was in the judgement hall playing as swap pap with a sans by my side but HE WAS AFK. But i still won because they focused on the afk sans and the afk sans died really quick but them tryna kill the afk sans gave me a boost and then i won
I got this character this week, and watched this showcase. My rate: B. It's gonna be a skill-required character, and like in BS, you need luck to get good teammate.
Even if your teammate is bad its still easy to win and really all you gotta do is run and keep using your force blasters and such thats all the skill you need

And another thing that gave me a boost was place swap and since my teammate was died it blinded the players instead

Honestly if your teammate is afk you can still win with sans, I’ve had to clutch up so many times with him it’s insane
