Your hair has really gotten much longer and beautiful. Mine is to my calf’s and I understand the struggle for hair styles . I’m Pentecostal so we tease and do rolls and buns for days , lol. There are a lot of beautiful Pentecostal hairdos on UA-cam .

This style was super cute :) I'm trying to grow my hair out right now although it's nowhere near as long as yours, but it is very interesting to hear about how you find comfortable and efficient ways to live life with 8 feet of hair. Something I've started noticing now that my hair is two and a half feet long is that I can feel the weight of it when I shampoo and condition. It's not terrible, but I'm sure it must be significant for hair as long as yours.
I would appreciate seeing an update soon again showing the full length of your magnificently beautiful hair. I hope it is now even longer and still growing.

Have you ever thought about making gowns? I feel like it would be so beautiful if you made a 16th or 17th century gown and wore it with your hair down. I see a lot of old paintings of women with super long hair like yours and I've always thought its looked so pretty. Just an idea I had though :)

I have a question for you and I hope you will respond as you may be able to relate. Believe it or not, I am a man who has very long hair which, when unbraided, is about 3 feet longer than I am tall. I usually wear it in two braids and fold the braids at my ankles and secure the braid ends near my hips. I have grown my hair because I like long hair but recently I have recieved societal and family pressures to cut off my hair. The thought of losing my length frightens me. How would you respond to a man wanting g to have hair like mine? I know you grow yours for religious reasons but there must be some kind of emotional attachment to your hair too, right? I would treasure your blessed response.

I totally know what you mean when you feel cute one day and a messy bun just isn't going to cut it. I think what you ended up with looks nice.
It wouldve been even prettier if you wrapped the rest of the twist braid around the hanging bun and kind of encased it :)
