Overwhelmed is something I can relate to. I like you do my best to do what I am able to not reach this moment of overwhelmed. Life is life and yes overwhelming times seem to come as part of it. I appreciate that you are a beautiful balance of providing for your family a wonderful home that is tidy clean and yet lived in and comfortable. Your health journey is one more thing on your list and it is a challenge when there are so many other things calling for your attention. You look wonderful. You do have lots of love support and kindness from many here in your community. Thank you for all you do at home and in your career.

I'm one of those that has to see a clean and organized home so I can feel comfy in my home and not stressed about it. I deep cleaned yesterday and started fall decorating. Feel much better. Going to do more fall decor today and last load of laundry. You look good!
Just a mention regarding your large ants. We had that problem at our last home and finally called a pest control. He called them carpenter ants and they can damage wood areas of the home. Just in case your ants continue to visit you! I live in upper Midwest.
Was going to comment the same thing! It wasn't until I called in a pest control company (Aptive) that sprayed around the perimeter of our house, also inside, we were able to get the ants under control...spiders too!

Those big black ants are carpenter ants and will eat the wood inside your walls. I am in CT also, and we have had a problem with these for years. Every couple of years, we have someone come out to spray the outside perimeter. I don't have them do the inside because of my indoor cat. Good luck and you look fabulous!!🐜🐜🐜

The weather here in NE Texas has been amazing last couple days and our 'black gum' trees are the true indicators of when fall is about to start..and they are beginning to show a little color. ..other leaves that are falling, well girl, the poor trees are just in drought! Good morning from chilly Northeast Ohio. It went down to 43• last night! The furnace has started kicking on in the evenings already. I have arthritis also, so to be comfortable I need the heat. I’ve had my coffee, so now it’s time to get cleaning. Thanks for the motivation!

Thanks for the info about the shoes. I’m a flip flop (or barefoot) gal too. While on vacation and having some foot issues, we went into a Birkenstock shoe store. My daughter said a lot of nurses at the hospital she worked at wore them. I got the slides. They were very comfortable. More recently I have had hip surgery, which was a success, but now it’s put more stress on my knee and ankle. When I wear the slides, it does feel better when I walk, but I need a more substantial shoe now. Appreciate your information.

Thank you Tiffany for keeping it real! Real life here at our home. Mom has been on Hospice in our home bedridden for iver 2 yrs. Lived with us 8 yrs. My husband and i have to rotate church and going to town on Saturday occasionally. Mostly store pick up. I do have a sitter for a couple hrs so I can still work and run my afternoon bus route when in school. My husband stays in the am. Your home is so beautiful. Our kids keep telling us to get some of those shoes! Lol
Priorities are the key to everything! OG course, everything can’t be a top priority. Love your videos and you!♥️

Girl I consider you a superhero! I come to you for calm and peace! I raised 2 boys while working in school system and them playing all sports and my husband coached(so I was like a single mom). I truly don’t know how you manage 5 kiddos, work, and home so gracefully! Also if you’ve never tried Zaditor for allergy eyes(can been used with contacts) give it a try-it’s amazing to me! Eye doctor suggested it to me! See you in your next one!

Keep up the workouts Tiffany, you look great! Your Podiatrist is right, we need to invest in good supportive footwear. I've been a runner for 39 years and I've had all the injuries in the book. In addition, my Dr. also recommended removing the thin foam insoles in the shoe and replacing them with SuperFeet insoles. They provide a lot more support and you will notice the difference. Pricey but worth every penny as I've hadn't had any injuries for a number of years. Can't wait for Fall color!

I don't want to add to your stress but definitely address the giant black ants. We started seeing those before our renovation and found that we had a lot of hidden moisture in the wood of our house and that's what they were attracted to and they were eating the wood. It was really rough and I was so thankful we caught it in time. Please have someone come out and check on those ants!

Hokas are the best! I have 3 pairs in different colors. I walk 8-10 kilometers in the forest every day. It's like walking on clouds. However, I had to take 1 shoe size bigger. Please bear this in mind. Regards from Germany 🇩🇪

I’m not so much loving cleaning but I’m always here for you just to hear your voice and see your smile ! I get it with the do it all anxiety !!! I’m already worrying about putting all the patio stuff away ( I hate it) Isn’t it funny why we worry ? What’s the big deal really , it will get done and if not it’s stays until next year lol! I live in Hokas also for my job. Unfortunately as a dialysis tech II go through shoes🙄 I have recently got better but struggled for about almost a year with planters fictitious. I worked on my feet walking almost nonstop for 14 hours, longer some days, 3 days a week. Fast pace job. 4 shift changes. It got awful. I could barely walk when I got home. I ended up getting special inserts with were over 400 dollars. They were for this problem specific. With my hokas the inserts work much better. I can interchange them into my other tennis shoes.
I love the realness of this video. I am glad that you are able to speak on how the house makes you feel however we all have those messy times! I'm like you, if there's a mess I'm stressed. Your home is full of love and is never a wreck. You are an amazing wife and mother. We have to give ourselves grace, life will go on and life gets messy. You are looking fabulous, keep up the great work. If we don't take care of ourselves it only gets harder. It's hard for me to get out for a walk or exercise if things need to get done in the house but I'm getting better at trying to exercise very early, then tackling the day. One day at a time. I can definitely relate to being stressed and overwhlemed all while being in a busy season...I am a preschool teacher for homeless students, and we recently found out one of them brought bed bugs to our center. The prep work to prepare our workplace for extermination has been insane! Think every drawer and closet emptied, cleaned, vac. All toys bagged or put in totes etc...to add to the stress my husband has 2 hernias and is having surgery this week and our girls are back in school with activites in full swing. I am just remembering to take it day by day and take deep breaths and small quiet moments for myself when I can. I prioritize what absolutely has to be done daily/weekly to keep the household running smoothly and then do the rest little by little.
Yes always take care of yourself first!! Those are carpenter ants they are big here in New England get your house exterminated cuz they eat wood..They are trying to get inside cuz it’s starting to get chilly out seeing that many you may have a nest somewhere.
Yes Hoka are amazing I’m having foot surgery soon and my podiatrist recommended them also..

Completely get the "area undone" stress...my worst rhing is "limbo" w/that. When an area has GOT to be left undone for any reason, it's rough. My environment at peace helps my mind be at peace.

I had the big ants at another house , so I put one in a jar & had a guy from pest control & right away informed me that it was a carpenter aunt.
I had several boards replaced & once a year they came out & treated the property.
The carpenter aunts are worse than termites, cause they eat from the inside out.
FYI…I was told to not have firewood on the porch & there are flowers that attract the carpenter aunts so don’t plant them next to your house.

Great cleaning motivation! As an elementary educator and mother, let me sympathetically remind you that the first week of the school year is always the most difficult! It will get better! Also, my husband is an avid runner and he has worn only Hokas for several years now. He thinks they are the best. Have a blessed week!

Happy Sunday!!! Girl, your room was no worse than many of our bedrooms, I’m sure. Don’t stress it. You have littles you need to take care of AND work full time on top of that so make sure you give yourself grace, often, if needed. Have a peaceful and calm week and as they say ‘don’t sweat the small stuff’.
With you girl. Sandwich phase in my life where I’m taking care of older, but not independent kids and ailing parents. Work is a grind. Overwhelm is very prevalent. Giving myself grace is a daily occurrence. We all deserve that of ourselves. Take care 💗
💙🏡 keeping it real I appreciate! With school and sports 🏈 ⚽️ starting up same week as school begins it can be overwhelming. We used baking soda and vinegar around window sills, edge of doorways inside /out, snd removed alot of mulch at edge of house to eliminate ants. We are going to replace mulch with stone because they were infested in it all around our house 🏡 and crawling up walls to windows. So try baking soda and vinegar worked. I still have traces of baking soda in window sills but if it deters them I’m totally fine with seeing it. Also the gel ant traps helped a lot too and my cat doesn’t touch it if I hide it. Hope this helps.
I get the same way can not function when things are mess messy .... I get very aggravated......but we do have the will to get it done..... when we have the time....

Hello. I had tons of pain in my heels could hardly walk sometimes I bit the bullet like you said I went to good feet store, pricey but omgoodness helped me so much . I can slip them into shoes, sadley I only wear sneakers daily now but occasionally I will slip inserts in boots or flats for an outing, I hate shies and socks in summer months do hot but flat flipflop give me pain. I found some slides on Amazon with Arch and LOVE them, I will share link on Instagram.

I can totally relate to the overwhelmed feeling as I am about 3.5 months in to having my own UA-cam channel while also working full time, so I totally get the feeling of not wanting to film and just get stuff done. I always place my antique all white linens on my stove with oxy clean and boil them for a few hours and the linens such as German feed sacs will sit in the wash with warm water and oxy clean. It really does work and is very satisfying

Carpenter Ans, nay thing that will help is a good pest control guy!!! They can cause damage!!! I’m trying to get myself together with fall decorating and cleaning, I clean a room then add some decor, slow and steady until I need a break and put my old butt in the chair for 20min. To try and recharge!!!! Right now I need to go start my Sunday gravy, but you’re coming too!!!❤❤❤ MomMom from South Jersey ❤❤
