A good challenge for all of us especially our leaders. Any bill involving the elderly needs anactment. The taxes the elderly have paid are sufficient to meet their basic needs. Pensions should be at a higher percentage to support people in their old age. All will be old one day if well blessed

Morning! Mzee Mose's story is a common feature amongst the elderly in this country. To make matters worse those who had worked tirelessly for this country like Zablon find themselves in this bracket. We urge our political leaders , just as they are eager to see to it that their predecessors have a pension even if one had served for only one term (5 years),let them take a few minutes to think of their electorates.

Lucy, does this gentleman have children?
Yes he does and the family is very supportive, only that they can't afford much. Children dropped out of school because of his condition. They couldn't afford. Life is just difficulty for them😭
