A rare sight indeed, in this day and age.

Wow! A real live flying "Tommy"! I never thought i would ever see one flying. As a kid i always admired the one at the United States Air Force museum in Dayton, Ohio. I always thought it looked like a rugged, great flying little airplane.
    Thank's for the video.

My friend Allen rebuilt a Morse Scout at his hanger in Conroe, Texas. He flew it then sent it to the E.A.A. museum in Oshkosh, Wi. were the plane remains today. Allen was shot and killed on his way to his hanger one morning about 5:45 A.M. Many years later his murder remains unsolved.

Almost no control surface movement detectable. What a well rigged airplane. Fabulous job

Beautiful landing. Lots of right rudder on the TO, huh?

Lifting the tail would swing the nose to the left. Clockwise rotary engine and propeller rotation, lowering and rotating the engine was a ‘push’ on the top, 90 degrees of rotation in the direction of the rotation equals a ‘push’ gyroscopic precession reaction on the _right side_ of the spinning engine mass.
