Well growing up under his terms as Mayor of Davao, never naman talaga sya mabulaklak magsalita. He is a man of action and not just words.
It's short inaugural speech, but not exactly concise. He merely ratted on about the problems that we already know about. I wish he had given at least an overview of WHAT HE WILL DO ABOUT IT. Also, I haven't heard Mr. Duterte tackling economic policies in his speech, just that they will all come to light in the long run. Perhaps my confidence in him would have risen at all if he had balanced out the economic platform alongside with his political/anti-crime one. But nope, purely anti-crime related.
