You can't get kicked out of the private lobby. Only if you turn off the player kick option in game rules and then they can get kicked if they kill their teammate.
this is the second fully under the map glitch, in one of KYR SP33DY's trolling video's a noob accidentally blows himself out of the map and he lands under it
Dude I found a glitche myself, it was on accident actually, I was playing on the map Rush with my friend and somehow I got myself stuck out of the map(Best part was my LSAT had full ammo and I was an out of the map sentry gun THAT COULD MOVE)
