@@gets187you ever consider oil tycoons put that idea in your head to keep making money, causing the atmosphere to get warmer, and you'll blame something made up for the extreme weather that continues to get worse year by year? You think the government enjoyed paying the 200 billion dollars of damages caused by hurricane Katrina? Every natural disaster is money out of the governments pocket. If HAARP was real they'd use it to stop storms, not start them.
