Again, a better Iron Monger build than the official one! Better scaled, nicer build techniques and if they’d have done the official set one like this it could either have been cheaper, or it could’ve included more exclusive prints, Minifigures or even some side builds.
Hachiroku is so talented, I'm always blown away with your builds and your videos are so nice to watch 😍
This is much more correct scale. My only complaint is I wish a minifig could fit inside this one. Past that, it’s perfect!

While the official Lego one looked pretty cool, to scale it was really off. Nice job! Yours looks really good and you got a lot of neat details on the build! Although I think if I were to change one thing, I might have used a larger head piece kind of like a Hulkbuster head but maybe something a bit smaller so the head could flip up/open up like it did in the movie. I get why you used the Mrk I helmet piece and it still looks great, but in terms of movie accuracy, you should try to build a version with a flip up helmet. Ik it might make it a little more bulky, but I think it could look pretty cool...
Honestly the iron monger we got was way to chonk.
I would have liked a smaller one with a build to go with it instead of the huge one we got.

Imo, your build is actually scalewise better than the actual new set! I could totally see this as a „Duel“-action set like Ahsoka vs Maul. Brilliant work!

I like how you used the LEGO Iron Man Mark 1 helmet in this MOC, makes it even better than the big set version.
The biggest problem with this character is that he’s scaled right between using the chunky fingers we see on the mechs and using the claw element
I really love the smaller mocs you've been doing recently, and in my opinion the smaller ones are harder (for me at least). Love your work!
The Lego one looks good too. But I'd say yours is better because you manage to capture it in the right scale with the minifig. Good job!
