Margins are extremely low, after the monthly subscription from dripshipper and Shopify you need to sell a lot just to make that up. To be competitive you’ll make about $2 per bag which means you need 30 sales just to cover your costs.

Yes, you can start from anywhere but it's recommended to sell only in US due to higher shipping prices.
