It is here, the newest colorway in the fabulousness that is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend in Night Black! At some point in the the last four years I have owned every Valco stroller available in the US, and owned every fabric color available- all the colors are amazing, but Night and Charcoal are my two favorite colors in the Tailormade fabric. Of all of my Valco double strollers, the Snap Duo Trend is (by leaps and bounds) the most used of our strollers and is the one that my two youngest prefer. Eeeep, I am so excited to share this video with you- the stroller is just so good! As always, I hope that you and those you love are healthy, happy, and safe!

Great video. We’re expecting twins and this has become my preferred pram/stroller. Love the hood (we’re in Australia so it gets hot). It’s also very affordable and looks easy to get in and out of the car. Thanks

I saw in the reviews on UA-cam that the car seats are not placed on the same level, but one lower, the other higher, can you explain in more detail what and how, and suggest which adapters to buy?

We are due with bub#2 in February & my daughter will be a little over 2 when baby is here & I have my heart definitely set on this pram.
I assume because it fits through doors it can fit in busses/trains. That’s the only thing holding me back as public transport is the primary way I get around my city (Sydney- Australia) & I’m not 100% sure it will fit and be easy to move on transport..

I am not sure about the public transport in Sydney, but assuming the door widths are the same as in California the Valco will fit...I can get the Valco through standard doorways and onto the trolley with ease. Can you do a update on your valco snap duo double stroller. Would love to know how it look now and if it’s all still in great moving condition. I recently brought that stroller but not the trend but the snap duo double stroller. Please can you do a updated review. I love the stroller and think it’s a great choice. What’s the difference between the sport air filled tires and the infinity tires vs the tires that comes with the stroller.
Great review! Can a carseat be used with this stroller? I purchased a Uppababy on black Friday for my soon to be 2 year old and baby #3 that will be here monday but now i really want this one wish I would have seen it before i purchased the Uppababy.

I have a newborn and a 3.5 year old, and I’m not sure how much longer my toddler will use the stroller. He still likes it for now.
Hello, and thank you for your sweet words! The push is still great with just one kiddo. My girls are older now, and walk most of the time, but we still take the stroller so they can rest/sit/eat/hold our stuff. We have just started going out a tiny bit in over a year, and the first thing my 6 y/o asked for was the stroller to come with us. 😊
What bags do you have hanging on the gray stroller for the girls? And what is your preferred stroller caddy ?

I've been binge watching your videos to decide which one to get, expecting my second in June. I love your videos and I wanted to know how much weight the air filled tires add to the weight? I'm trying to figure out if it makes sense to buy the better tires, because we do a lot of travel including international so weight is a factor for us as well. Thanks so much
Thank you so much for supporting my channel, and huge congratulations to you on your new LO coming in June! I don't notice a weight difference with the air tires...if I had to guess I would say 2 lbs, but I will see if I can get an official answer from Valco.

@perpetual Mommy a do you happen to have a side view of your girl’s sitting in the snap duo? I know you said it sits pretty straight up, but it looks like it still has a bit of a lean. My girl screams if it’s reclined at all. I was looking at the bugaboo donkey because those seats are as straight up as it gets, but hoping to find a lighter alternative and this looks so great!
Hello, Nicole- I don't have a specific side shot, but there is a very slight reckine when the seat is upright- if you make the backrest completely upright (which is possible) it slants the seat the childs' bottom sits on a bit...the recline is almost imperceivable, but if you child dislikes any type of recline this stroller might not work for you.
I am trying desperately to find the perfect stroller for our family and hoping you have a suggestion according to our family’s needs. I am loving the Valcro strollers I have looked at via online.
I drive a 2014 Traverse and very limited trunk space since we use the 3rd row seat. Needs to be compacted and sit upright. I have 3 kids. 5 mo (16 lbs) 2.5 old (30 lbs) and 5 yr old (42 lbs).
Does Valcro have a stroller that would meet all our needs?
Sorry I am just seeing this. I can’t tell you specifically, but the SDT fits great in my old Honda Pilot and my new Chrysler mini van with the 3rd row up in both vehicles. 😊
I saw some reviews about the wheel problems after using it for awhile which I had that with my maxi cosi single stroller, it was a pain, do you have any problem with the wheel?

Hi! great review as I am in the market of selling my current Contours Curve double stroller as my twins are a bit too tall for it now, although they are still within the weight capacity. I love our contours stroller but I hate seeing their long legs hang below the foot rest (although it doesn't bother them). Anyway, could you tell me how many inches tall your 4y/o is at the time of this video. I'm trying to depict/visualize how my 3.5 y/o twins will fit in this Valco stroller. my twins are 3.5y/o but they are in the 99th percentile for height and look like 4 year olds. Thank you!
Also is the "ride" of this stroller as smooth or better than the Citi mini Gt2?

Debating between snap duo trend and neo twin. I know you have had both - when it comes to function, what are your thoughts?
The push is a bit smoother with the Neo Twin, and the seat depth is greater...but I prefer the look, the footwell, and the zipper bags (which I use all the time) on the SDT. I gave my Neo Twin away in a drawing almost two years ago, and I have been very happy with my decision to keep a SDT. ;)
What a great review! I found your videos and reviews for this stroller last week and bought one the next day. I’m still awaiting shipping, but we’re excited to have a lightweight/ full-feature double stroller. Before finding this, we were looking at all-terrain strollers. Would you say by adding the air tires that it becomes more all-terrain? How is the suspension? If you had to speak to a companion between the stock wheels vs the air filled wheels, how would you rate/ compare them? We also just recently bought a second hand Baby Jogger Summit stroller, but I’m hoping the SDT can be our go-to for almost everything! Thanks again for your thorough review!!
Hello, and thank you for your sweet words/compliments! Congratulations on your new Valco headed your way! The air tires do make the stroller a bit more all-terrain, but it won’t be as all-terrain as a high end jogger stroller (if that makes sense), but normal grass and gravel are no problem. Suspension is average. I do think the air tires are worth the swap. 😊

I want this stroller but was apprehensive due to the lack of reviews and information on it! But I LOVE this video, it’s so detailed so I now feel comfortable buying this stroller! But do you know why there isn’t much information out on it?
Also, do you know if a Chicco Keyfit 30 would be comparable if I purchased the universal car seat adapter?
Elizabeth Prussel I think on Albeebaby’s website they have an adapter for a Chicco car seat for the SDT!
Hi! I am so sorry that I am just seeing your comment- my comment alerts have not been working on videos. Thank you for the amazing compliment- I am so glad that the video was helpful. Valco Baby is huge in other countries, but relatively new to the US (and not available in a lot of US based brick and mortar stores) so I think that those who know about Valco adore the products but word is still getting out to the masses that this brand exists and it is absolutely fabulous.
I am not 100% sure if the universal adapter will work for the KeyFit 30-- there used to be a specific adapter for the Chicco Keyfit so I would think so, but double check with Valco customer service- they are amazing at getting back to people.
Hello from San Diego. I really enjoyed your review and would love to get this stroller! Could you please help me with one more question before I buy it? My car trunk is pretty small 38.5 * 39* 17. The height 17 is a little bit shorter than the stroller’s folded height 17.5. Looks like I have to remove the wheels to fit in my car. Do you think the wheels can be removed easily? I am a little concerned that the wheels will broken if I remove them too often. Thank you so much!
Hello Fellow San Diegan! The wheels come on and off super easy- I have removed/swapped out wheels in seconds. Unfortunately, I can’t speak to first hand experience with how the wheels will hold up with regular removal, but I can tell you the hardware feels sturdy. I hope this helps.

I’m pregnant with my second baby and I now want this stroller! I’m in Australia. Just looked up the prices. I think it’s pretty reasonable for a double stroller with all those features. Definitely going to try and save for one of these for when second bubba pops out.

Alexis Corazon Hi, and huge congratulations to you on your second LO coming soon! My youngest were almost one and almost two before I found Valco, so still little but not newborns. My sister is having my second nephew any day now, and she is going to put her three year old and new LO in the SDT (maybe once he is three months or so b/c she will baby wear him before that).
Perpetual Mommy thanks for replying. My first one we had in a bassinet style stroller and she absolutely hated it because she could only see the sky. She would cry every time we went for a walk. I’d end up holding her and pushing an empty pram. I didn’t really get into baby wearing until she was a bit older, being a first time mum I was so unsure of everything. I think I’ll definitely baby wear from the beginning this time around.
I also noticed there’s different snap duo models. There’s snap due, snap ultra duo and snap duo trend. Have you tried all of them or just the trend?
Pushing an empty pram and carrying while carrying your LO seems to be a right of passage for new moms- we have all done it at some point. ;)
As far as there being different Snap Duo options, I am in the US and here we only have (as far a Snap's go) the Snap 4 Trend (single stroller), the Snap Ultra Trend (single stroller), and the Snap Duo Trend...of these three, I have tried them all. I know that different parts of the world have different baby products (including Valco) because of different regulations, etc.

The Valco Tri Mode X has a Joey seat for a third child ☺️
Have you experienced any fading with the black? I just ordered mine and then read a review that someone experienced it fading to brown in a few months
Hello. No, no fading. We don’t store the stroller outside- if exposed to constant UV light it would probably alter the color just like with everything fabric (backpacks, purses, etc.)
