also for the hair, if you let out your hair out in the bus or taxi where street people sits, your hair is soaking up all the bacteria. low porosity hair don't like oils and grease ,it won't absorb much, use water base products .

--for your vulva, just spray warm water with your shower head extension and you will be squeaky clean

Speaking of hygiene, I noticed that you have a cat. I need some advice. There is a stray cat that comes on my balcony early morning and taps on my patio door. The cat rolls on its back; I think he or she wants to come inside. I don't know what to do. I want to let the cat in my place because it is triple digits in southern Nevada. The cat may have a disease and the cat is obviously not clean from roaming outside. I made an attempt to give the cat water, but the cat didn't want it, then I gave the cat a plastic plate of a couple of sardines. The cat started stiffing the plate, then the cat became spook and growl a little because my neighbor entered his apartment, then the cat scurry off. Another reason, I am hesitant to take the cat in, because I don't know how to take care of a cat and its expensive, especially when everything has increased, for instance food and shelter. Eventually, the cat came back, when the cat saw me outside, the cat came in and started sniffing my carpet and looking around, then the cat wanted to go back outside. Maybe the cat doesn't want a stable home, but instead a cool shelter or food. Also, maybe my home is not animal friendly. What do you think?
This is a difficult situation because the cat may be ill and need medical attention. He/she will probably need immunization shots as well. I wouldn't bring them in the house without a carrier.I think the best option is to call an animal shelter or rehabilitation center for animals. They can care for the kitty and get him/her into a good home. I would do that ASAP because cats can pass away from heatstroke very easily. So I would put him/her in a carrier and take to one of the place I mentioned. Be sure to wear gloves when handling him. You can also put ice cubes in the water. But I believe the reason he's not eating is because he may be sick with worms of some sort.
so many great tips in this video! something i like to do to help cut down on the amount of fragrance i'm putting on my skin is using body sprays mainly on my clothes and just layering perfumes and scented oils or lotions on my skin. besides just fragrance, body sprays also have a lot of alcohol in them (so do perfumes, but i make that compromise because they go on a much smaller area of skin)

Also, my partner has very coarse and decently curly long hair (2-3c), his hair is very very dry and he has a very sensitive scalp. Do you know of any oils that would work well for people with really sensitive scalps?? I wanna help him bc he wants his hair to look nice (and so do I 😭😭)

There is no gender rule on those so do whatever you want. Tip: men deodorants last better!
