I’ve been really looking into the xingbao German sets recently. I love how detailed and well engineered they are (looking past some poor clutch power on some parts). I’m ordering the leopard 2a6, leopard 1a5, and the Puma. I’m so happy you did one on the howitzer…it’s now totally on my list due to the beautiful interior (I tend to make or modify my own interiors so lack their of in some places don’t bother me)
uh, be very careful with that leo 1. i have it and it was anightmare to build due to bricks simply falling off.
I bought The german m113 and The tracks was soo bad
I ended up getting the leopard 2 and I absolutely love it, yes some bricks clutch power sucked while others were too strong, yes the road wheels fell off (but if you invert the rod it works much better), but I just glued some pieces here and there and now I must say I love it more than any cobi set I’ve EVER gotten. It might be me but I absolutely adore this random brand and the detail in the sets…totally getting more now, leopard 1 and Gepard are next for me
Btw I’ve never had working suspension on a tank before so perhaps that fuels some of my love for the company but it’s just incredible, also 3 tons camo is cool, and the possibility for detailed interior is very nice so I don’t have to hollow out the inside of the tank like I do with cobi to make an interior
This is because the Bundeswehr sets were commissioned by a German company (Bluebrixx) because they only sell them in Europe

I have this set and I have to say that it is pretty good. Other good sets from this series are the Flakpanzer Gepard and the Leopard 1 :D
This to me feels again like one of those sets you assemble once, put on a shelf, never touch again. Over all looks great, however the rubberband reliant suspension assembly is dubious at best, and though stable enough that's a lot of wasted interior space that would been better used for additional infrastructure. Sidenotes. Interesting how this particular model uses one to few tread pieces making them ultra tight while I find on the tanks I've built anyway Cobi uses one to many, and often results in loose, unresponsive treads. One less on either side, and I surprisingly found the trads work fine on any surface on both the most recent Sherman as well as Maus models. Also very interesting part usage here in the rear corner of the tank using the minifigure flipper piece.
The rubberband suspension isn't that bad, but they should have fixed the structure around better and didn't use 1x2 bricks. 2 longer technic bars on each side would do a better job.

Und was die federung angeht bin ich gespannt wie lange die Gummi's durchhalten.
@@stephanwenger7413 ich habe jetzt schon einige panzer dieser Reihe und das schon länger mein erster war der leopard 2a6 und die Gummis sind bis jetzt noch ganz die halten ziemlich was aus

Ich habe von dieser Reihe schon fast alle mir fehlen nur noch wenige hat einige gute bautechnicken kann ich nur empfehlen es ist halt ab und zu mal sehr zerbrechlich
Liegt aber größtenteils nur an den Bautechniken und nicht an der Steinequalität. Die ist recht gut. Die Federung wäre viel stabiler, wenn man nicht mit kleinen 2x1 Technik Bricks gearbeitet hätte. 2 weitere große Bars wären viel sinnvoller gewesen. Bei den Laufrollen sollte man auf die kleinen Abstandhalter verzichten. Dann gehen die Achsen weiter rein und fallen nicht ständig ab. Die sind nämlich nicht schlecht, sondern können nur halb eingeschoben werden und das kann natürlich nicht halten.

Guten Abend @BrickMeet 😊... Ja, die Bundeswehr Serie gefällt mir sehr gut muss ich sagen, aber bei diesen Sets streiten sich meine inneren Geister 😂😂😂... Klar, wenn die Modelle stehen und halten, dann ist alles gut... Und genau das ist das Problem dieser Reihe...die unterschiedliche Qualität der Teile. Deswegen habe ich tatsächlich noch keines dieser Modelle. Als alter Grenadier wollte ich mir den Marder natürlich zulegen, aber als ich dann mehrere Reviews gesehen hatte, die alle das gleiche Problem hatten an der Heckklappe, schreckte es mich vom Kauf ab 😞. Vielleicht hole ich mir erstmal ein günstiges Set, wie den Fennek z. B.... Mal schauen. Am meisten stören mich übrigens die grauen Ketten bei den meisten Panzern... 😞... Fürchterlich... Aber, alles nur meine Meinung 😊. Die PZH2000 sieht schon klasse aus, keine Frage. Vielen Dank für die Vorstellung und bleib gesund 🤘🏻 😎 P. S. Zwei zusätzliche Glieder je Seite, oder insgesamt? 🤔 Schau mal bei @Stein_auf_Stein zum Ziel vorbei ☺️... Andreas hat so ziemlich alles aus dieser Reihe 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.... 2 pro Seite und damit saß die Kette keineswegs locker, immer noch straffer als bei COBI. Die 79 Tracks pro Seite scheinen mir schon fast ein Fehler in der Anleitung. Damit hat sich alles verzogen.

Ich habe die komplette Serie. Die Haubitze war eines meiner ersten Sets und irgendwann hab ich Sekundenkleber ausgepackt...
Mittlerweile hat sich die Qualität aber extrem verbessert!
If only some of their parts would have a tighter fit. These are actually great models.

The Rubber bands at the suspension are too strong at first but it will loosen up if you give it alot of tension, but i think giving it a perfect rubber band will do the trick
Can you please make a video about the XB-06042 (PUMA). It is also from the same brand and if you add one track link more on each side of it the tracks run really well and it also has a really nice suspension.
I built the new revised set (available in Germany from Bluebrixx since mid-December 2023). Assembled parts no longer fall off so easily. The gun barrel still cannot be held in position. It's just too hard for that. An optional support would be nice.

Das Kanonenrohr habe ich um ein paar Steine erleichtert,dann steht es nach oben
und es steht.
Für den preis ein gutes Set,außer man möchte nur nach anleitung bauen,dann
eher Finger weg (meine persönliche Meinung).

ich habe den Leo 2 von Xingbao und der hat genau die selben Probleme die Rollen fallen ständig ab und das bauen war ein Graus alles in allem ein schönes Model wäre nur toll wenn Cobi es bauen würde da gäbe es nicht solche miese Qualität
